The reason that error happens is whenever I make changes to that page with a regular HTML editor, I lose the special characters that are embedded in Paypal's encryption code, so I have to open that page in Notepad and add back the encryption afterwards, and a lot of times I'll make changes to that page and forget to "re-paste" back in the encryption !!!

Not Paypal's fault, just lazy, forgetful me
