I have no doubt that this is true, as Bajaprog books a much wider diversity of bands, which for me is much more preferable (also the reason I liked NF over RoSfest). Whereas, some people like a more focused festival, such as RoSfest. However, RoSfest is the winner for me as it is 3 hour drive from my home and I have a friend that lives 20-25 minutes away so no hotel expense.
