If

I remember an album which I borrowed from a friend back in the end of the 70' It was made by a group named IF and called "Tea break's over, back on your heads". If you consider this group to be inside the scope of AM I would love to hear them again.

There was one more album which I seem to remember had used Don Quiote as its theme (or at least part of the theme), but I do not recall the name of that album.

Regards,

John

I have a record called "Not Just Another Bunch Of Pretty Faces". It features Dick Morrisey on sax and Cliff Davies on drums. I love that record. I've been unable to find it on CD. Any reasonably priced suggestions are welcome.

The cuts that stand out are "In The Winter of Your Life" and "Borrowed Time". They're a bit bleusy, but yes I agree within the scope.

Re: If

Now that I started thinking of this group I found a site where the history of the band with their dicography was listed.

Have a look at http://www.alexgitlin.com/if.htm

Thanks John! Any comparison to older Chicago is a winner in my book. I'll file the url away, hope I can check it out sometime.
