I'm not sure how to explain sublime. Rest assured it's a compliment. Sublime - good as a general rating; subtle; pleasant surprises; an out of the ordinary depth; "I wish I'd written that"

if I had to point to the distinguisher to use sublime rather than another compliment, it would be "depth" - as in working on many levels. Good music, catchy, complex, witty lyrics. Stuff you feel cool listening to.
