future progressive shores
Don't know if you'll get this prior to Prog Day... But, what's coming up in future PS shows? I can't admit to tuning in every Thursday, but I do make quite a few.
Anyway, have fun at PD. If you get a chance at the mic, ask everyone to say "Cheers" to dangerboy. Its such a shame I can't make it this year. later db |

Hey,
"Don't know if you'll get this prior to Prog Day... But, what's coming up in future PS shows? I can't admit to tuning in every Thursday, but I do make quite a few. Anyway, have fun at PD. If you get a chance at the mic, ask everyone to say "Cheers" to dangerboy. Its such a shame I can't make it this year." Sorry that I didn't get to read this before leaving. As you can imagine it was a pretty crazy weekend (I was working 8 AM - 2 AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday, more or less). Anyway I also have to apologize for not keeping the schedule up to date! I am going to post the next four months of shows tonight. I can guarantee there will be the second (and third if necessary) part of Greece, and at least a month of shows on France. I would like to hit Japan and South America before the end of the year but that might be too ambitious. I want to do an East European series but I'm not yet prepared to do something as exhaustive as I want it to be. I'm going to be losing Internet access for a brief period later this year, as I move back to Canada. This may cause an impact on shows in December. I don't anticipate missing more than four shows but it could be as many as four. Alternately if I have a PC but no Internet access I may be able to prerecord some shows and snail-mail them to Davin, which will suck for me (I like doing it live) but shouldn't impact on any of you guys too much. Probably prerecording is the best option as I can't imagine wanting to miss too many shows. I really appreciate everyone who tunes in (or tries) each week. Things should be back to normal this week, for the time being! ![]() Regards, Sean

Hey,
I have now posted the updated schedule on www.toib.net/radio/ps/ It includes stops in Hungary, Greece, Poland, Romania, Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia in the next three months. In addition, I will be devoting the entire month of October to the country of France; these will not be the only shows on France, but rather the tip of the iceberg. A similarly daunting task awaits when I try to tackle Germany and Italy next year. I have only scheduled shows up until the end of November. The December shows will probably be a combination of prerecorded shows and repeats. If you have any requests for December please let me know. I decided to stay away from South America until I can devote a couple of months to it, and similarly I want to save Africa for when I can do a decent job at it since currently I don't have a ton of stuff. Regards, Sean

Hey,
I might end up bumping Indonesia for "Greece Part 3", for two reasons... First, I seem to have an awful lot of Greek stuff to fit in to only one more installment. Second, I don't have a lot of Indonesian stuff and I don't think I'll have enough by November. Just a reminder, tonight is the second installment for Hungary. Should be a good one (of course if it was going to be a bad one I wouldn't say so, would I? ![]() Regards, Sean
