I also prefer Anekdoten's style from the last two albums most and also I wish Jan Erik sang more. Anekdoten's vocals problems are very funny. When the group released Vemod it was Jan Erik's vocal which was very low. Now after 10 years, Jan made a big progress and then he was replaced in most songs by Nicklas, who .... hmmm... needs practice to be a good singer.

Mossy - thank you. I will add that I tried to be objective, it is not only my taste :) Unfortunately I'm not huge Jadis fan :))) (but I love "Sleepwalk") but anyhow we have many groups we both like.
I you want to try Galahad and Kayak let me give you advice. Kayak is like Renaissance, there changed their music into pop and were playing it for a long time so be careful :)
Galahad's Following Ghosts is a classic. It has great melodies and many stylistical expermients like adding to the song long trance instrumental part (I'm not trance fan, but the effect is really wonderful). I'm not a fan of keyb-synth neoprog like but it is really great stuff.
