Re: What do you think of the new additions?

If anyone is in a position to do so, I wouldn't mind seeing some more PFM and BMS added to the library. There have been some excellent titles released recently that I'm sure the listening audience...

Re: Feature Request

Vax, I have a FAQ writeup for you on setting up windoze to play AM. Give me an email address to send it to or I can point it here.

Re: Playlists and Requests

With the simple notion that people will assume that their request will play "right away", the FAQ will surely help, but then that relies on people to take the time to read the FAQ and we all know how...

Re: Playlists and Requests

Wow, impressive write-up. A FAQ for this would certainly be a nice to have. I seem to be making a habit of asking for these.

FWIW, while I didn't understand the exact method used for managing the...

Playlists and Requests

I know that telling what tracks are in the queue is against "da rulez", but perhaps ordering the upcoming artists in play sequence is allowed rather than the current alphabetical view.

I actually managed to get quite a bit of the show on my Treo 650 using camcorder mode. No one seemed to be bothered by what I was doing. The sound quality as you can imagine is quite poor but it...

Rush - Snakes & Arrows World Tour 2007 - West Palm Beach, FL - June 15, 2007

Here are my random musings on the show.

I highlighted my favorites from the West Palm show using OHD's provided playlist. The live performances of the new songs were all well done and in most cases...

Oh Dale, please fix the date of the concert if you still can edit it.

Getting psyched for the show... A little late, but I built a playlist off what Dale provided and now listening. At this course...

Re: Rush - Snakes & Arrows - Atlanta, GA - June 13, 2006

Thanks for posting. I'll be at show #2. I was told not to expect 2112 due to the amount of material they have to pick from, so if does get played it will be a bonus.

Re: Interzone - 2/27/07 - What's New 2006 #3 (New!)

Cozy, GR8 chatting with you last night and great music choices.

I didn't want to let this point be left out without writing here. When it comes to 2006, try to locate PFM's latest release, Stati...

Re: History of Aural Moon

Davin, Sometimes it's best to get a writing exercise done and out of the way all at once, so glad you took the time to do it. While an editted version is good for a FAQ, the full blown version with...

Re: Is XM/Sirius a threat to internet radio?

I'll offer to help if you tell me the format of how your FAQs are being written.

The net though is there are many players easily accessible that will work. In fact, since you are pro Apple, you can...

Re: Is XM/Sirius a threat to internet radio?

FWIW, here's how I found AM.

1) Bought Treo 650
2) Bought PocketTunes to listen to internet radio
3) Found RadioIO 70s channel which played 2 PFM tracks over a period of several weeks. PFM on...

Re: Is XM/Sirius a threat to internet radio?

And don't forget about HD radio.

I know people that swear by sat radio. People that buy cars because they can listen to Sirius. This makes sense to me if you have a long commute and there is...

Re: Rush - Snakes and Arrows

I believe OHD is going to see the first show, and I will be at the second in West Palm Beach, FL. Apparently Rush concerts are legendary, so I just had to get this album to get psyched. While I...

Re: I tried to keep quiet but.....

I'll use KeithieWs response to start my post for 3 reasons, first because the quoted text applies directly to me, second, because we're both the same age, and third because I also had a puny 10W...

Re: Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM)

I guess the Moon is just another example of how the internet is used to make the world a smaller place.

Here in the states, the stations available on FM radio never got into this type of music...

Re: Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM)

That's why they're towards the bottom. I doubt anyone other than a hardcore PFM fan will listen to them. Being of italian descent, I like them, but in a different sense for the more genuine prog...

Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM)

I've been listening to AM for several months now and just discovered SAM and your music library. While there is a good collection of PFM, there are many missing titles.

The one that really needs...

Don't forget the collaboration with PFM on Photos of Ghosts and the World Became the World. circa 1973 and 1974

And if this is being used to suggest music to be played on AM, then I vote for Photos...
